How to choose a Black Friday mosaic gift
Why choose a Turkish mosaic lamp gift?
A Turkish mosaic lamp is a glass globe covered with colorful glass pieces and beads. No art experience is needed. Anyone age 7 and up can join, and there is no upper age limit. Children come with a parent or guardian.
Give a kit when they want to make it at home. Give a handmade lamp when you want it ready to turn on. Give a workshop, or a gift card for one, when the gift is the time together. Studios are open daily in Sugar Land (Houston) and Richardson (Dallas).
How our DIY mosaic lamp kits work
Each kit includes colorful glass pieces, beads, lamp parts, adhesive, grout, tools, and instructions. You mosaic the globe. The base and wiring arrive ready.
The adhesive needs about 12 hours to dry before grouting. You do that step at home with the grout pack in the kit. Pedalisa Art ships DIY kits across the United States. Shipping is $9.99, and free on orders over $150.
The DIY kit collection lists every shape. The Table Lamp DIY Kit is $89. The Moon Lamp DIY Kit is $129.
Give a mosaic lamp workshop experience
Houston studio: 2309 Williams Trace Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77478. Walk-ins are welcome when there is room. Dallas studio: 651 N Plano Rd, Suite 429, Richardson, TX 75081. Book Dallas online.
Sessions last about 2.5 hours. Start times are 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm, and 6:00pm. Studio prices run from $69 to $149 depending on the lamp style. You take the lamp home the same day. The adhesive still needs about 12 hours before the grout step at home.
A workshop gift card is $100, $150, $200, $300, or $500. The recipient picks the studio and the date. BF15 does not reduce the gift card price.
